1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Item must be unused, in perfect condition, with the original tag attached.
• Original packaging is recommended for the return.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

3. Procedure

1. Email support@fbfittbag.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

4. Refunds

• Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
